Therefore, we kindly request your attention to the following guidelines regarding proper uniform wear. Wearing the prescribed uniform in its original and unaltered state is essential for maintaining a cohesive and professional atmosphere conducive to academic excellence. This means ensuring:

• Authentic colors and textures: Please ensure your child’s uniform maintains its original shade and texture.
• Unaltered shapes and designs: Tampering with the design or size of the uniform is unacceptable.
• Approved materials and styles: Only items specified in the policy are permitted.

Background:

We have noticed instances where some students have deviated from these guidelines, jeopardizing the integrity of our uniform and the values it embodies. This includes:

• Wearing forged or altered uniform pieces.
• Tampering with the design or size of the uniform.
• Wearing unauthorized items or styles.

We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring your child adheres to the outlined policy. Remember, every individual’s commitment to the uniform strengthens our community as a whole.

Firm but Fair Consequences:

To ensure compliance and uphold our school’s standards, we will implement the following consequences for non-adherence to the uniform policy:

Minimum:

• Confiscation of non-compliant uniform items.
• Student-teacher discussion to understand the importance of proper uniform wear.
• Replacement of the confiscated item at the student’s expense within 48 hours.

Maximum:

• Repeated non-compliance will be considered a serious breach of school expectations and may lead to disciplinary action, including potential dismissal.

Beyond the Uniform: Shoes and Hair

Our uniform extends beyond the clothing itself. For a cohesive and respectful appearance, please ensure your child adheres to the school’s guidelines on:

• Shoes: Black, leather, and polishable.
• Hair: Neat and tidy, following the specified styles.
