How to make school fees payments through the bank
Stanbic Bank. You can Pay to any nearest Stanbic bank 

1. - Go to the counter or agent20%

3. Quote the Student's Name80%
4. Pay Cash to the Bank Teller or Agent80%
5. You will get a Payment Receipt confirming your fees payment (School Name, Student Name, School Fees Amount, Charges).100%

How to make school fees payments via Mobile Money
Pay using MTN Momo or Airtel Money

  • MTN: Dial *165*4*3*2*1#
  • Airtel: Dial *185*6*2*1#
  • Enter the Student Code. For example: 1003211569
  • Enter the School Fees Amount to Pay to the School.
  • Confirm Details of Payment displayed to you. (School name, Student name, School fees amount, charges).
  • Continue to authorize transaction.
  • Enter your Mobile Money PIN.
  • Approve Payment.
  • You will Receive a Message with all your Payment Details.
Students personal mandatory scholastic requirements
  1. Mathematical set
  2. Scientific calculator
  3. Graph books
  4. Sufficient exercise books, pens and pencils
  5. English dictionary
  6. Two fine Art books
  7. Fine Art pencils
  8. Long-white socks (at least 2 pairs for girls)
  9. UNEB Questions Banks
Students personal use requirements
  1. Mattress, Blanket and Bed sheets (at least 2 pairs)
  2. Treated Mosquito net, Toilet papers (10) rolls
  3. Basins, jerry can, comb, soap, petroleum jelly, toothpaste, shoe polish, etc. 
  4. Fork, spoon, plate, cup, flask
  5. Two pairs of decent Leather sandals, “old tyre and plastic sandals are strictly prohibited”.
  6. A well secured suit case
  7. A knife for girls.

 

NB. (i) Boarding students must have two sets of uniform.

  • School A/C No is 9030005844648, NAKASERO Branch. Pay to any nearest Stanbic bank using/considering the above account. Airtel and MTN School Pay Services are also available.
  • Cash payments at school attract a risk fee of shs. 30,000=
  • Money order or bank drafts drawn in the names of the school are acceptable.
  • Personal cheques are only acceptable upon the Headteacher’s permission.
