Dear Parent/Guardian,
Christian greetings from the Lakeside College Luzira community. Glory be to God Most High for His providence and protection to us. Today, Thursday, May 04, 2023, marks the end of our Term 1, 2023.
On behalf of the Board of Governors and school administration, we thank you for the unreserved Moral, Physical, and Financial support you have extended to the School.
We have taught all the children you entrusted us with, subjected them to different sets of assessments as required. Each of the students has been given a report card showing their respective performance.
We request you to encourage your child to revise during holidays. We have provided holiday work to students, which will be collected on the reporting day. Provide them with the necessary support to accomplish the tasks we have given them.
We have registered S4 and S6 candidates for the forthcoming National examinations, October –December 2023. Therefore, facilitate them, counsel them early enough to avoid inconveniences. PUJAB and JAB forms are a necessity, hence pay shs 80,000 for your child to enable them fill these forms for University and Tertiary Slots.
Majority of the children have behaved well this term and it is our prayer that, they maintain the same spirit. However, there have been a few cases of indiscipline which the School’s Disciplinary Committee has handled accordingly.
The Chaplaincy Department has done us good, we have received spiritual nourishment on a daily basis which include; counseling, intercessory prayers, Bible study and club engagements.
